Its Ladysbridge Fagan, half-way between Castlemartyr and Garryvoe in East Cork.
Needless to say, the place is full of cunts.

Ballymacoda and Ladysbridge Fagan. There will be plenty of representatives from that club on minor teams in the future. They have unbelievable juvenile teams coming through. They won the U15 Premier 1 last year beating Blackrock. A serious achievement for a club of its size. A credit to the trojan work being done by volunteers in the club.
John Allen began his coaching career with this club in the early 1990s.
i assume if we beat ye thursday night cork will just fold the tent and give the hurling up as a bad job?
No shame in losing to the best underage hurling team in the country TAN.
TAN on suicide watch.
Did you go? Some turnaround in the second half i heard.
Yeah. We were 7-8 points ahead after ten minutes and then got destroyed until we made a couple of switches and got a grip on their half-forward Duggan. We were the better team in the second half and could have won by a lot more.
This was posted from my phone so I couldn’t be arsed correcting all the mistakes due to predictive apologies
True you could have won by more. Alternatively ypu could have lost. Cork worked very hard for the win and missed a good few chances some of the wides were amazing. The third goal was a killer. Cork were in total disarray at half time. If clare had stretched the lead a but the heads would have gone I think. As it was we conceded a crappy goal which gave ye a big boost and our midfield have kelliher the freedom of the park
Cork were massive around the middle and won a lot of ball but the team is lacckng balance there as they need some players with more pace.
If we managed to get over waterford which of wouldn’t be overly confident of I would really fancy our chances in ennis on a bigger pitch
Corks size gave them so big advantage in pl km.
Unfortunately the whole thing is going to get exciting now over the squad. Too many players of quality left out of the squad leading to no sub options. 3 ard scoil players left out pf the panel for example
The cork plan was to put the ball in low to o’callaghan. The half forward line never had a shot but outside of the chaos in the first few minutes our full back had firm control of ocallaghan which caused major difficulty for cork.
In any casee good win but I wouldn’t be too unhappy as we had more skilful players on my view. The amount of times cork lads were blocked and
Hooked was amazing
Could they have drawn also?
Were you not able to understand the context.
there was a decisive period in the game where cork got in for a goal and a point. Prior to that for 20 minutes our more cork hadbeen very jittery. After it the grew into the game and by the end they were in control around the middle.
So thats a no?
We could have lost…but it was far more likely that we would have won by a lot more then we did considering the goal chances missed. Take Duggan out of that Clare side and it would have been a massacre.
He is rattled lad, let him be.
Of course the sad thing is Clare will beat Waterford next week and then Cork will have to play Clare all over again…in Ennis.
So no reason for TAN to be so angry, it’ll almost certainly work out for them.
How did Pa O’Callaghan play Turenne?
Bottled up in the first half despite getting hit a huge amount of ball, but came into the game in the second half when he got more space. Undeniablely a class hurler but you wonder where his head is some times.
Of the Cork team I’d consider Watergrasshill’s Kevin O’Neill (very Niall Mac esque) and Castlelyon’s Anthony Spillane to be the best prospects on the team regarding inter-county futures.
Unfortunately TAN is very correct, we are very short in speed in the middle third. We have a couple of backs to come back in but it’ll be a big stumbling block to progression.

I dunno if this is a typo or something, as the Cork half-forward line grabbed 0-7 from play.
In the first half half cork were totally geared to putting the ball in front of callaghan. Gradually As that didn’t work they started to have a go themselves which was much more successful.
Re spillane did you think he played well? I thought our corner back was comfortable enough on him. his shooting was cat.
Re being angry I an not sure why you would think that. I would prefer to have won naturally but considering our start we made a good recovery and produced a lot of good hurling plus in my view we had the three most skilful players on the field tonight in mccarthy the full back mcguane the number 5 and duggan who was clearly the best forward on display.
Cork won and deserved it for their effort but you area losing the run of yourself over one win which was fashioned from determination and power.
Up front o’callaghan was the only forward who looked really skilful but he did need a fair but of space to operate.
I an sure you wil agree that our keeper helped ye enormously as well.
Now you may feel this is all sour grapes but I assure you it’s not. We have a lot won underage on the last four yearsso one defeat where there were plenty of positives to go with the negs including the fact that we can produce a competitive side even though there were god players not in the squad who would have made a difference.
the first thing I did after the game was call the father of one of the cork panel to congratulate him.
Tan really is sOme moron.
Pretty pointless set up in the Minor, win is probably good for confidence, but pretty irrelivant in the bigger scheme of things.
Turenne - You don’t see O ’ Callaghan being a potential Senior?
lads- I saw a clip of Mayo vs Cork on another forum
the ground was empty - it turns out that there was less than 400 Cork fans at the game
How can this be?
Is the GGA passed the point of no return in Cork and it cant be saved?
Spillane destroyed his man TAN, bad as his shooting was. Shocked you didn’t take him off. Maybe you are confusing Spillane with Ward or something.
