Cork GAA 2014

You are a terrible nosey fucker/

Irrespective of what happened both teams were shite and the Glen will get the stuffing beaten out of them in the quarter finals.

Speaking of the quarter finals, what are the predictions for the semi finalists? Na Pairsaigh, sars, ballymartle and douglas.

Douglas? They don’t have the craft of Midleton. Plus they are flaky enough and I believe they were dreadful last week in the football. They generally don’t back up well after defeats in the other code.
Any idea was Tony Leen of the examiner their coach in the football. A Tony Leen was certainly quoted as the manager.

cusack would be very similar to McGeeney. A sort of mad intensity when you meet them - hammed up to fuck but it has become real over time.

If you are trying to build a new team he was not the right influence in the dressing room, as the younger players were intimidated by him and he tried to undermine a lot of decisions. He was and is seething that he got the axe after being injured which was compounded when Nash won two All Stars.

Ballymartle might do something this year, soulds like Sars are struggling and Midleton are beatable.

He lives there amyway

Newtown to take out Pairsaigh Spikey, you heard it here first.

provisional newtown or continuity newtown?

Continuity Newtown, doing well, in Junior final on Sunday and County quarter final.

Yeah but they were beating the shit out of those Bride Rover’s cunts, so that was acceptable.

Yeah but I was wondering more who was involved exactly. Lynam seems to be one of the better coaches out there.

It was the Cork footballer Colm O Driscoll who went with him, apparently he gave him a cruel time and Horgan was a bit unfortunate to be caught up in the helmet incident and had been keeping the head well. Hard thing to do with COD, it’s not like you can shake the cunt off an he is genuinely tough and able to take anything back.

Horgan has been taking some woeful flaking since he started on the senior team, and usually it only ends up with him tearing the opposition a new one. This must have been fairly scutchy.

Does COD miss football for Carragh now?

I see our underage hurling squads that are playing today all have to organise/provide their own food.

As in the players had to provide it?

Yeah.

Not that unusual. It’s used in many places/sports to teach them preparation and also about diet.

Hurling suspension doesn’t carry over to football.

Thats significant. Guys like him and Cahalane can basically get away with murder so.

That isn’t true. It depends on the sending off offence and the severity/category of it. Stuff on the smaller scale only applies to the one code. Also if someone is sent off twice in 48 weeks I am pretty sure the ban applies to both codes
