John Fenton not even on the panel :open_mouth:

Not even close for me

Darragh Fitzgibbon there is a fucking wind-up.

How old are you? Surely Fenton was before your time?

He has the Cashmans, Tony O’Sullivan, John Fitzgibbon in there.

Jim cashman also out of position
.good team though Deane would surely force his way in

Fenton was more the 70s surely? Just wondering, I’m young copared to most in this forum.

Fenton was playing for most of the 80s

John Gardiner?

Captain in 1984, finished in 87, got 5 or 6 all stars (no barometer) in a row in the 80’s

He couldnt make the team in the 1970s apparently

Fenton never really started until 82.
I’ll be 50 next month

Darragh Fitzgibbon is a brilliant hurler

That’s because he wasn’t from the city

The famous goal was '87 wasn’t it?

yes, got his 5th consecutive all star on the back of it

Worse than 2013 that. It just was not meant to be our day. Hopefully the lads can go again but that’s a loss that could set us back another decade.

We are in a much better place than 2013.

Agreed but there was a load of non-performances there. Persevering with Horgan hurt us in the end, he did nothing in normal play.

Absolutely but that loss would sink the best of them. Awful shame but just not our day.
