I am not aware of who they played but they referenced A v B games themselves
The difference in preparation for the 2 teams is miles apart. Cork had a significant advantage. Played Tipp 4 weeks ago and club games 2-3 weeks ago. Makes a world of difference. Challenge games are usually shit enough bR the odd one which erupts cos of a stroke pulled or something. Risks are not taken etc
Iād agree. One of the huge issues yesterday was that Coyghlan was pulled all over the field and hadnāt the hurling for it. Shane Fives is a cavalier Hurler and a risk at full back but heād be a better bet than Coughlan at this stage
The clash of the green and white with the red and white cannot be equaled. The carnival of colour from the tens of thousands of hordes would brake television screens around the world. Hopefully weāll draw them in the final.
Best of luck.in the Leinster final. Will you actually pay for your ticket this time or do your famous achievements at u12 guarantee you a lifetime of free entry. Hope yeāre able emulate the achievements of Dublin and Kilkenny in defending Leinsters honour.
Funny enough (and I might stand corrected here) this is yeāre first Leinster final since Galway came into the province.
Enjoy it.
Charlevilleās Danno Mahony and Michael Mortell (former UCC president) both played senior hurling for Cork. Danno was sixteen when he made his debut at centre back. Donāt think either won any All Irelandās though.
Darragh Fitzgibbonās father played senior hurling for Milford - around the same time as Seanie Gorman and Pat Buckley.
Curran lacks a bit of size and pace for inter county but precision beats power and timing beats speed. No doubting his class.
McGrath took a massive risk all year holding fellas back and it backfired spectacularly yesterday.
In De Burca, Barron and Gleeson they have three Rolls Royces. They just need the rest to up their work rate by 50% and theyāll give anyone a game in the qualifiers.
