Cork weirdo/sicko thread

I donā€™t know where they run to becuase thereā€™s an estuary penning them on one side

Yep. Thatā€™s where Cork Camogie have their pitch. Ringmahon play further down towards Mahon on the same road. Think there might be a rugby pitch around there too.

That makes more sense so. They were away for slates once they got to the estates so.

Actually had a car jammed in just past st Michaels cemetery around the same time

there was a major operation up around that side on Sunday it seems. Apparently there was a load of armed robberies on saturday night in Mahon and Blackrock

Durrow too. You can tell it was a plantation town by its wide open triangular shape.

Durrow wouldnt have half as many protestants as Abbeyleix.

What are they at in Louth? Sounds very specialist.

Much bigger parish in fairness. But point taken.

As an aside, Durrow was in Kilkenny until 1842 when it was transferred to Laois.

Worst pitch. It was basically a farmers field with a big hill on the far left side of the pitch.

Shes a beaut now. Relaid some time ago, not the bog it once was. Great lights and lovely stand.

He was in my class in school, he had a different surname back then, he was a legendary figure in the metaller community in Cork, went everywhere with a walking stick though he had no need for it

He seems to have done well for himself
