Of course it is, itâs fucking mental that the attitude still exists that such a thing even needs permission from on high, but I believe you are incorrect, the Cork board have no objections
Very little in it since the development.
10,000
Why not play it there then for the extra 3000 people.
Would they charge while the cross would be free?
Possibly. Although according to Wikipedia the capacity of Musgrave is only 8000 so it wouldnât be worth their while.
During this research I learned that Turners Cross is 1 of only 2 all seated all covered stadia in Ireland.
Do the GAA own the stadium?
Take it up with your club . I will do .
Bout 10k
I see they are laying the plastic pitch there this week .
Its been going on for the last few weeks. Bizarre move if you ask me. Was the best surface in the country.
Plastic pitch did wonders for Donnybrook. Especially with the harsh winters.
Tallaght? Windsor? Aviva?
Musgrave would never have been anything like as threadbare as Donnybrook. Maybe they are going to start using it significantly more I dont know but it has always had plenty games on it. Two UBL teams use it and hosts lot of schools games. None of the other clubs in cork would have any use for it.
Lansdowne. Tallaght isnât covered on all sides is it?
Itâs all seater though
Publicly
Itâs all seater and all covered. There are two mezzanine levels behind each goal. One being worked on now
Would the terracing be acceptable for a soccer game?
