It’s a cod. I’ve a pal who works in construction. Had ordered & paid for supplies at the outbreak and was awaiting delivery. This was naturally delayed and now the supplier is saying he can’t get any of his delivery drivers to come off the Covid19 payment to do the deliveries.
We’re going to have some job weaning people off it.

Anyone earning up to €500 a week are as well off on the scratcher now so wouldn’t really blame them. Interesting to see how they will be encouraged to go back.
