Most peoples behaviour has changed but there is a lot more relaxing again I would put it back down to personal responsibility you make the choice of you gather or not, the consequences are your fault. If you stay indoors and social distance you wont catch virus or spread it. If you dont follow social distance and get it you babe yourself to blame.

I’m out and about North Kerry on an essential journey, I can confirm that towns & villages are all quiet.
Road traffic is very quiet.

May 20th lads McDonalds are re-opening, Drive thru only. 
That’ll be absolute mayhem if what happened over here is anything to go by. The drive-thru in Beggen was opened a couple of weeks ago and the police had to be called within the first half an hour such were the queues and disruption.
