Mee-hawls begging paid off

Weā€™ll still be done ahead of most of the developed world and long ahead of most of the world. Thereā€™s definitely been mistakes but thereā€™s also been a lot of bad luck.

For example, who could have predicted AZ would be able to make production targets in the UK bit not in its other factories and so the EU would be the worst affected? On top of that at the time of purchasing it was all a guess as to which company would be successful first.

My biggest criticism is the EU should have invested way more money up front, and sure they didnā€™t because states didnā€™t put up enough money, thatā€™s not the commissionā€™s fault either.

Boris knows heā€™d lose that fight. Good man Boris.

I missed you buddy. Iā€™m not too proud to admit it.

PIIINNNNTTTTSSSSS

Steady stream of opposition TDs on the Six One News who arenā€™t happy with the hotel quarantine setup. Social Democrats complaining about the hotel ventilation and use of private security. Labour saying everyone arriving here should have to hotel quarantine unless essential essential workers.

Plenty of others not happy with the carbon neutral plan announced.

Soft power. He could ban the export of raw materials for vaccines to the EU. Why do the EU fanboys always see the blocs success as the failure of others?

Thatā€™s the biggest error and itā€™s Merkelā€™s fault.

Boris has had a terrific pandemic.

Thatā€™s an interesting piece.

No, the UK needs vaccines that are going be produced in the EU, heā€™d win short term but lose big longer term if he doesnā€™t come to a deal.

"Lā€™Express in France reporting itā€™s not 4 million AZ doses from Halix that are in questionā€¦ but 4-5 million per month, stocked up, so 30 million total

If this is right the whole thing takes on new proportions. And itā€™s a scandal." wtf?

All these lads are hunting with the hounds and running with the hares. Theyā€™re the very same cunts that were roaring for the place to be opened up before Christmas.
Now I believe that the government havenā€™t handled this particularly well, especially the roll out of the vaccine. However the lads in opposition are moving the goalposts depending on which way they figure the populist wind is blowing. Nothing new in that you may say. However doing 180s every few weeks depending on case numbers is just pure hypocrisy.

Yep, it must be so easy for them to just disagree with everything knowing they never have to come up with any solutions.

Iā€™m not happy with how our government have handled this but what should they have done? Spend a fortune replacing the air conditioning in the hotel first? Iā€™m sure Gannon would have had a problem with that too.

Armed Gardai or Army in the corridors instead of private security?

Some of the raw materials are sourced from the UK. Tit for tat is going to do nobody any favours.

Leo is going to get Gerry Killeenā€™s hurley across the back of his head if heā€™s not careful.

30 million vaccines in a shed because they wonā€™t fill out the paperwork. What in the nameajaysus is going on with them.

Fritz and Herman need to stand over them until their homework is finished

That would be roughly 300k doses for us. Be a huge shot in the arm
