Good luck to those lads and lassies. I really hope they and theirs are all fine in a fortnight. But this turn of events is like a mini version, I think, of what would occur in a fully opened up unvaccinated context: the rolling lockdown factor. So far as I can see, there is no obvious way around this factor, short of effective (and widely taken up) vaccination.
And they’ll barely have a sniffle between them. But but but case numbers
