Nah, crayons maybe. I’m not a fan of spending the evening cleaning the mess from the afternoon.

The rest of the day went swimmingly, put the big coat on the older lad and brought him out on the bike when the little lads was down for his two hour nap. Fed and watered before a 20 minute drive (within my 5km) home for supper and Mrs Croppy to finish work and help with bedtime. 45 minute online HIIT class supper and just finishing work now.

Tomorrow is another day, but there’s 90 minutes of telly to go yet.

One of the reasons we really wanted to send our chap into crèche. There were times in lockdown 1 (and this weekend just gone) where there was no other option but to use the screen to keep him occupied. This causes all sorts of other issues and affects concentration, sleep etc.

I find if you limit them to blippi or the cbbc channels its not too bad and maybe moderately educational at times.
