Coronavirus - Here for life (In high population density areas)

Thereā€™s hope for soccer football in Ireland yet so.

Caught Gerry Killeen on the Matt Cooper show earlier today. The bould Gerry straight out said the vaccines provide no protection from the varients. Now Iā€™m no expert but even I know that is either untrue or just a bald headed lie. The vaccines are very effective against both the UK and South African varients. Does make you wonder what these lads are it. How could you trust what they say on anything?

Itā€™s almost like they have an agendaā€¦

Barry Cowen in the tonight show here. Looks like hed rather be pulling his teeth out without an anaesthetic. May get interesting if the SF td can push the right buttons

They keep harping on about the cases.

Whatā€™s rarely mentioned is that the number of those in hospital with covid and those in ICU with covid continues to fall. This is positive.

All known scientific data suggests the vaccine works. It reduces death. It reduces serious illness. There are three such vaccines in play at the moment, with a fourth (J & J) imminent.

It just shows the power of media and how people are manipulated. Sky News and BBC are absolutely buoyant tonight after Boris unveiled their plan, meanwhile over here weā€™re still formalising laws to cage in visitors from abroad, for a fortnight, and listening to endless bullshit about the latest killer variant from Burkino Faso or Tipp Town.

Without sounding like those utterly false and condescending cunts like Simon Harris & Egghead, the whole country is tired, weary and fed up. No firm dates on reopening, decisions made by cranks on Liveline and Twitter, a fear of decision making that requires accountability, relentless negativity and a country thatā€™s drifting along aimlessly.

Iā€™m lucky enough to be employed in the public sector. Been on full pay since it all kicked off. Have suffered no financial loss whatsoever. In fact Iā€™ve saved a fair bit and Iā€™m damn lucky compared to many, many others.

Honestly, if Iā€™d been stuck at home on ā‚¬350 a week since last March Iā€™d have cracked up. Donā€™t know how people do it when you canā€™t travel or visit anyone, thatā€™s without trying to entertain kids at home.

The vaccine is here. Youā€™d never think it listening to RTE, NPHET and the government but the end is near. A few more months and this whole nightmare will be over.

The Markets Field, Thurles, Mick Neville Park, pints, stags, weddings, no bullshit ā‚¬9 meals, meeting up properly at funerals to pay respects to the deceased - canā€™t wait to get back living again.

Louise Oā€™Reilly is particularly joyless. She looks seething as her resting face.

Cowen whenever Iā€™ve seen him has been better than your average FFer which is admittedly a low bar.

SF when asked a question about what would they do.

SF will support any measures that will work and take account of all the stakeholders.

Itā€™s Louise Oā€™Reilly tonight.

250k vaccines a week would mean we are nearly at 2m doses at that stage.

If they copped the fuck on and gave the Pfizer out as one dose.

Weā€˜d have absolutely everyone at risk sorted
