15 people can gather outside in a controlled environment. However in general public like a beach there’s no restrictions.

There will be a delay in announcing the daily case/death figures this evening.
They’ll be some scramble to inflate the figures to vindicate today’s revised restrictions. They might import some of the UK figures under the grandparent rule.
