I think he was on about Joespha

?
on the pubs? i presume you are in error here referring to me
the statement from that lady was daft and has no data behind it, its based on assumptions and conjecture and is refective of the hysterical non scientific analysis that has taken precedenet
to politicize this is nonsensical btw

She said pubs were a grave and serious threat to human life. A greater threat to public health than the virus

Next few weeks are critical, is what I’m taking from this

Over 300 cases being announced today :open_mouth:

Have they been saving them up for a while and then use them to scare people when we get a complacent?

Joespha really doesn’t like pubs. I wonder why? Did a publican do something on her? :thinking:

@Bod95 how many cases today?

@Copper_pipe?

Her father was a publican. Edit. I might be wrong on that.

Heard nothing yet

89 cases 1 death

That’s a real pity. We were on a good run

Latest figures from the Covid Data Hub site.

The figure for Total Postive Tests is up by 105 compared to yesterday.

Swiss pharmaceuticals giant Roche on Tuesday announced it would launch at the end of September a test that detects the novel coronavirus within 15 minutes.

They said the test identifies the SARS-CoV-2 virus that has caused the global pandemic that has so far killed more than 851,000 people worldwide.

It will first be available for countries that recognise the CE mark for products sold in the Euroupean Union, but they would be urgently seeking approval from the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

“At launch, there will be 40 million SARS-CoV-2 Rapid Tests available, per month,” a capacity that would more than double by the end of the year, said the company statement.

Roche will launch and distribute the product in partnership with biotech company SD Biosensor Inc.
