Coronavirus thread - 19/10/2020 - The Day Ireland Died

@Massey

I always remember trying to get an Irish band to play our wedding. They were doing a regular gig in o neills in town. I asked the lad who was the main man if theyā€™d play. He said he wanted Ā£1200 for the night.
I said that seemed a bit steep for a band doing pub gigs. He said that was just for him. I told him to fro. Cunt.

:rofl::rofl:

All the Twitter Journos, Chambers, Reilly and Bowers were all in such a rush to get the bad news out first they didnā€™t get time to read the very short 2 page document noting 8 of the 10 deaths from weeks ago. How irresponsible. Iā€™ll have to ring the mother now to calm her down. These lads are a scourge.

Same as that. Not your mother obviously but my own.

Like 80 people or so died in Ireland today. The country doesnā€™t stop.

Phoenix magazine had a piece a few weeks back where they pointed out Gav tends to tweet first and ask questions later

They seem to work 24/7 . They appear to think they are essential . They arenā€™t really .

Gav seems a likeable enough sort . The other fella looks like a bit pompous
