Coronavirus thread - 19/10/2020 - The Day Ireland Died

Put on a dress, mate.

Have a lie down for yourself

Didnā€™t really cover himself in glory but itā€™s hardly a smoking gun.

Auschwitz, the horrors of holocaust, the importance of civil liberties and having guns to use against the government

Are local soccer and rugby club matches postponed as well?

Junior soccer was suspended in Dublin at level 3.

Given the notable false positives problem they have with PCR testing, are we running into an even bigger mess now with flu vaccinations being rolled out in nursing homes etc I wonder.

This PCR test is a bit of a blunt instrument by all accounts. Anyone have any views on that?

Would be some antibodies created etc and if the PCR test isnt able to uniquely identify Covid-19.

Are we looking at positive cases like we saw in Laois in the papers today which may be completely false.

My wifeā€™s positive test would seem to fall within this 90ā€™ per cent.

Very well said mate. Iā€™m a wfh all right jack and have come to despise my colleagues who are all generally LITDF merchants who are happy to order take out, grocery deliveries and tut tut at working class folk and small business owners.
