There’s a heap of houses after being taken down this way over the last couple of days

How many of the private houses cases originated in pubs??

Zero

The Examiner journalists live tweeting the FF parliamentary party meeting. :joy:

Donnelly having a go at the media and Lawless from Kildare having a go at The Examiner in particular.

The Examiner then tweeting this out as it’s happening. :joy:

This is the pick

Marc MacSharry for Taoiseach

Sounds like Donnelly is having a breakdown.

At least he’s not on camera for a change

9 admitted to hospital in the last 24 hours, up to 73 now. Heuston we have a problem.

Stage 3 this Friday, Stage 4 next Friday

One thing that needs to be noted is the Covid payment has been extended out of the blue, in other words the Govt are thinking lockdowns not open up

It was extended to april 2021 back in June or July

Incorrect

Changing Dublin to stage 3 makes no sense of course, it’s more liberal than stage 2.5. What are the odds they invent an extra new stage 3 for Dublin than includes extra pub lockdowns?

They have backed themselves into a corner re pubs/resaurants. If they had genuine provision set aside for those they refused to allow open that’s one thing. They never did and they look like they never will have, guess what people will get loud when they and their staffs livelihoods are at stake and the more threatened they feel the louder they will get, especially when the real issue are manifestly lying elsewhere. The real people of Ireland don’t want professors in suits with posh accents telling them what they can and cannot do they want hurling and pints and maybe the odd spliff every now and then.
