First, are health system is not third world. Itās shite, but we are probably as well off or better than most of the EU. Second, heās not personally responsible for the health service because he did a stint as health minister once. Third, neither of those things are really responsible for the current situation, the global pandemic is.
We havenāt managed this very well, but a bit of perspective please.
