Cos they live elsewhere
So youāre complaining theyāre not being tested and have free movement?
I donāt get what youāre complaining about so - because the jist of your argument seems to be that you want freer movement. That movement seems pretty free as it is.
Who commutes by plane to work at the airport? Iāve worked at the airport and I never came across anybody who did that.
I donāt believe I did. I set out very clear reasons why the measure as we apply it is pointless, stupid, and unfair.
For a guy who likes to judge other peoples āargumentsā and expound at length on things you havenāt engaged with any of those points or reasons. Iāve also set out how a version of MHQ, as applied elsewhere, could be useful. Your response has been to call some fairly reasonable posts ābitchingā. Another top notch āargumentā from you there. Your sole āargumentā for MHQ appears to be that sure itās not perfect but itās better than nothing. Now thatās doing the ostrich. Itās also not an argument.
No Iām not complaining about that. As you well know my argument is and remains that if they are coming in anyway, variants will follow regardless. I see no point in halting travel whilst such huge numbers come in regardless
A lad in my unit lives with his girlfriend in Brussels.
He couldnāt possibly mate.
As far as I can see the only reason youāre against MHQ is because you live abroad and donāt want to have to quarantine if you travel back to Ireland.
Sounds like the vaccine has impacted your fertility.
But thatās the old all or nothing argument. That because there are holes in the floodgates, we should just open them entirely. I honestly canāt get my head around that argument.
If you say so. Youāve continued to ignore the points though.
Seems a bit strange. Would he not get a job in Belgium if he ālives thereā? How often does he commute?
Fucking hell.
I havenāt though.
Tis a great spot all the same. Could you imagine what would happen if they couldnt get this out in a safe environment like this?
He commutes as often as he can. Much less these days.
It was a lot more common in the airport but only a fraction of the people that worked there still do.
I believe you posted some whataboutery and something about a pointless system being better than no system. Top notch argumenting.
She must be some bit of stuff
Pointless and irrelevant.
You claimed people donāt commute by plane, you were wrong.
Better just to acknowledge that youāve learned something.
I know it can vary by state but are the US more or less back to normal now or are there still restrictions in place regarding masks, social distancing and indoor capacities?
