Crazy Dublin Rents and House Prices

‘The entire bathroom roof, down near the windows and bathroom and kitchen were covered in black mould.

‘We were too naive to notice this or notice what it was.

Too “naive” to notice Black Mould on the wall? :joy:

Any pics of the landlady @Copper_pipe

We all lived in houses with mould on the walls, holes in the roof, broken windows and so on as students. It was a rite of passage

These snowflake students would want to cop on for themselves

Sure what else are they going to be spending the €1968 on?

A car?

Social housing project suspended as locals are burning out the building site.

Social housing stopped due to anti social behaviour.

Great little country.

They could do a lot worse than hand over large tranches of Dublin to the USAF to use as training ground for a10s and use of MOABs

Why am I copied? I don’t live in clondalkin.

Hi There,

We have a two bedroom apartment. Currently we are three working females living in the apartment and looking for one more female to share the bed.

The rent will be 550 euros including all the bills.

Those bitches are discriminating against men and gender fluid individuals.

Interesting piece.

Can you imagine the level of naked corruption likely to be involved in zoning levels 1-12 either in the UK or here?

Would have thought it would be far more difficult for corruption, though I guess the destruction of existing places would see some corrupt practice.

Japan is a pretty mad place, their train service is completely unorthodox (in this day and age) as well but works.

Great news for the northside.

Application for “3 to 15 storeys to accommodate 554 no. apartments commercial/enterprise space, 3 no. retail units, foodhub/café/exhibition space, residential tenant amenity, crèche and men’s shed” on a current industrial site at 1 - 4 East Road.

More to come for the East Wall. The renders looks fantastic.
