Good stand up this morning then mate?
Mate, the outcome of the stand up has absolutely no affect on my life these days. #toobusycrushingit
I’ll be crushing it today at 3pm - going for a monster workout - gonna crush the shit out of it… I’ll finish it with 10 mins mindfulness.
@Horsebox - i’ve been roped into going to a trx class - what can I expect? first time caller, long time listener…

Great thread, @Kinvara’s Passion. Are you taking these pictures from your Facebook timeline? These are the type of pictures with quotes which birds tend to like and share.
I’m in a 3pm slump
I felt like I was slumping so I had a shit then took off for the weekend.

That makes no sense.
What good is building a door for no one to knock on?
finishing up for the weekend, unreal, debating now Gym or Pub
Pub then the gym.
You’ve been on fire of late mate, treat yourself to a pint.
Well, I have reached a pint of physical perfection, you should see the way women look at me in the street, sometimes, they come up chatting to me and giving me their numbers, its unreal, all through proper diet and nutrition.
These images are carefully selected mate.

And that’s completely ignoring the new for a wall and a frame.
Stupid fucking quote.
you probably type them in incorrectly to your phone
“If you can’t handle @Kinvara’s Passion at his worst then you don’t deserve him at his best”
@Kinvara’s Passion to his Junior B manager when being subbed off during the week
If it’s done properly, it is a very good workout, bud. Trick is to keep going and not take long breaks between exercises. You can increase the difficulty by changing your stance i.e starting down closer to the floor for pull-ups, going further in under the straps for bicep curls, etc. It is very good for strengthening your core although something tells me your core would be strong anyway.
