Internet stock hasn’t fallen this fast since the dot com bubble burst.

Started the day off with a bowl of granola and a banana, Apple, pear and natural yoghurt smoothie. Dropped the kids off with the folks for a four night sleepover. Came back and ran 7k along the seafront.

Going to treat myself to a selection of pale ales tonight and bask in the glory of an uninterrupted sleep-in in the morning.

I absolutely crushed it in Cape Town today, chaps.

Gym at 6.20am for 40 minutes, quick shower and then down to the waterfront for sunrise meditation:

Went out to the Langa township for a few hours to get a hair cut and hang out:

Looped back into town via Kirstenbosch Gardens:

And then skipped over to Camps Bay for sunset:

6.30am 3k beach run into Youghal, turned around and jogged back and did a HIIT session on the last 1k stretch. Nearly mauled some weirdo/sicko who was out with his metal detector.
