Can you record BBC on Sky?
Not with Sky Stream - you can’t record anything, you are dependent on what’s available via the apps, and of course BBC Player is geoblocked.

My pal is looking for a non nosy broadband provider who will connect his house asap but he doesn’t have an eircode yet. His daughter will refuse to move without it.
Is it possible to get connected without an eircode?

Get post delivered to the house. Stick a postbox at the end of the road. Stick a name on the house.

if your (mate’s) address is on the openeir system, they should be able to get most providers.

Getting an Eircode isn’t an efficient on demand service. They give them out twice per year.

Our house got it pretty quick (a good while before it was finished) but it was a new build estate
Had my car in for a pre NCT service (I’m very prudent that way) this morning & the lads at the service desk offered me a little office on site to work in, provided coffee, biscuits etc while I was waiting. Is this the norm these days? I thought it was a series of mighty sound gestures. This was Linders Motors in fantastic Finglas.
