I stuck it on this morning and spent over 240kms lying on the couch reading a book, napping, having tea and biscuits more napping.

He would bulk up 10 kg just for this race if he could skip the tour. Won’t happen though.

I’d know the group he went out to cycle with, have been out there myself back in ‘17 & ‘18. Great cycling country, very safe. Messaged a guy who was in the group when it happened, said the motorist came out of nowhere and ploughed through the middle part of the group. Terrible.
