Another stage win for Sammy Bennett today
Have had a really poor year of getting out on the bike . First year cycling that I didn’t have a single spin over the 100km. Managed to get over that today on a lovely group spin.

Started as 20+, went to 9 for the middle section and back as larger group near end. Twas telling that I was the one at front setting the pace at 155-160km
No hills here once you get out of the Cooleys
