Certainly the fact his obvious huge talent hasn’t turned into a load of big wins yet suggests to me he’s clean. From what I can see, if he’d been on a serious program since he started he’d have a hell of a palmarés by now, probably a Tour of Lombardy, a couple of spring classics and more Grand Tour stages.

Caught the last few seconds of this on German eurosport today. Bunch finish so Martin maintained 17 second lead going into final stage. You wouldn’t know what to expect from Rodriguez who appeared to me to be drugged to the eyeballs in last year’s vuelta

Martin will have his work cut out for him tomorrow to hold on to the tour victory. The circuit finish in Barcelona (think there is 8) should suit Rodriguez an awful lot more than Martin and its going to take a huge team effort from Garmin to hold it all together.
