A chap by the name of thehog is putting up some cracking bits from Froomeâs book over in the Clinic. http://forum.cyclingnews.com/showthread.php?t=22364&page=18
This one regarding Basso is particularly good: http://forum.cyclingnews.com/showpost.php?p=1482843&postcount=239
Froome is unreal. I just hope weâre not waiting 10-15 years for his fall.
In other news, I see Sam Bennett won again the other day, a stage of the Bayern Rundfarht.
Those excerpts are well worth a read. Froome must be the biggest wanker in any sport that Iâve come across in a long time.

The hog is slightly deranged but funny with it. The clinic is an unusual spot. That book looks utterly dull.
Good win for Nico in Route du Sud. Should be very active in France. Bennett won a kermesse in Belgium too.
Perhaps the most important development over the weekend though was Walsh finally calling Sky out.

Thanks for the link balbec. Not sure where else I would have found that
In the jacks, yes. It is Monday after all.
Stop at Nothing - The Lance Armstrong story is on BBC4 tonight at 9. Looks good.
I think thereâs another cycling docu on after.
Enjoyed that, especially the vintage footage.
Alex Gibneyâs The Armstrong Lie is on Channel 4 tonight at 9. Expect it to be excellent as it was originally commissioned as a puff piece by Armstrong, iirc.
Was at the stage today in London. Unreal atmosphere , massive numbers. The speed the riders pass is incredible. A trip to France for it in the next two years is in order.

This was deadly too. LA is one of the biggest wankers Iâve ever seen on telly or in print or probably anywhere else. What a dickhead.
Book out from Bassons. I only just read Willy Voetâs book for the second time there last week. Seems almost quaint after the revelations from US Postal/Astana/Puerto et al

Has Nibali got some connections with Michele Ferrari?
Linked with him about 4 or 5 years ago. Strongly denied it (as you would) but his Sean Kelly style performance over the cobbles the other day would seem to indicate that the relationship is ongoing, or he learned enough to know what to do. Classy rider, all the same, but no way heâs clean.
Iâm hoping Horner will ride himself into form and go full on with the dopĂĄge so we get an exciting tour. Dan Martin couldâve podiumed this one.
He was with Liquigas. The team of di luca and Basso. So no doubt he is as clean as a whistle.
