I also heard him say there was the bare minimum between them when the score was 22 to 20
Not Darren Frehill but Ryan Tubridy during the LL Toy Show, talking to the Cavan kids about Cavan playing Mayo.
Cavan did play Mayo apparently…
Mike Finnerty commentating on Sky said that Limerick were looking forward to a unique All Ireland final with their Munster neighbours Waterford.
Around 2 hours 52 in… I’m still not 100% sure
I’m listening to Sunday Sport from Sunday 29 November on RTÉ Radio 1 http://rte.ie/r.html?rii=9_11257584_71_29-11-2020_
Great start to Morning Ireland by the great man. Got his cue wrong and came in to start the sport headlines while the lead had a final news headline still to read. An awkward clash before Darren then got his chance…”pressure mounts on Arsenal manager Mikel ARTATA after another defeat last night.”
Celtic 22 pts behind Rangers who have three games in hand…
Heard it, ha ha.
Darren is an alright sort
Does he realise that The Athletic does not have a license fee
Possibly remembering putting the lock on old Power account after that brutal Cheltenham a few years ago.
Not Darren unless he does the headlines
The Nuggets lost
The hero we need.
In fairness you couldn’t fault Darren for not getting everything 100% spot on if he is broad casting from home with three kids running around under his feet.
I don’t know how he does it
Neither does he.
This thread was started in October 2016, long before any WFH for Daz
I heard him for a brief while on Sunday and he was debating doing an all nighter to watch the Super Bowl while also having to be up at 5 for his RTÉ work. Serious dedication to the sporting cause by Dazza.
Darren’s a decent sort
Darren is bang on
I actually think he is a full time WUM and deliberately plays the fool for our entertainment
You’d tune in almost just to hear the gaffes somedays
this bit here is brilliant
“but it’s really nice for rural people like me who can work remotely, and do as good a job from their home as they did in an office in the city.”
