Very good @Rocko. Thanks.

Spelling his name wrong is a nice touch, he’d like that :slightly_smiling_face:

Strange feeling to what I can only describe as mourning a total stranger in life but seeing that picture on logging on here gave me a tremble in the lip but then again on here David/Joe Player was simply a neighbour to us all, it’s surreal.

Whoever suggested getting the airplane banner to fly over thenest Limerick v Clare match, I thought that was a cool idea.

There’s an Irish company that does it, but I can’t apply for a quote because that would involve doxing myself. If it’s less than €2k and everyone gave €20 it could be done. Maybe I’m being wildly over-ambitious here.

I’m going to raise a glass up for David Loughnane tonight.

You’d need family approval for that kind of thing. If we could raise as much as we can anyway and give it to a charity or cause of his family’s wishes, I think that would be a better idea

Good call @Rocko. Dignified and appropriate.
