Davy Fitzgerald 🐐

Its Donegal FOF, that has to be taken into consideration. They lost more than half of the last vote and still only 1 in 5 went for him. If that happens all over the country they’ll only get 25ish seats. Donegal would have been more FF than many other areas, where i think they’ll completely crash and burn, particularly Cork, Dublin and Limerick cities (towns if you like).

The urbanites absolutely hate them.

If I was at home I’d probably have voted Labour. But I could not bring myself to vote for that clown. A national representative ffs

FG have joe carey - another simpleton benefitting from nepotism, pat breen whom I dont know much about but if he hasnt made the front bench of fg at this stage then I wouldnt hold much hope for him.

dooley - absolute clown, tony killeen on a personal level is very much an alright sort but cant vote for him again.

with regard to the national interest, the absolute state of the candidates put forward. A pathetic list in fairness.

How about the other constituencies? Have ye anyone that might put forward some decent legislation

just to be clear i wasn’t talking up ff, i was really commenting on the utter shambles that is labour- you constantly hear commentators claiming they are a credible option, i just don’t believe they are outside of about 15 constituencies.

in the 07 election?

who did they run, was it o shea?

Ok, fair enough. I haven’t been impressed by FG at all at all, i feel though they will replace FF in many of the rural areas. I know saying that may be obvious or even stereotyping, but from what i know of it, Labour have very little rural support. You would really need some of that to be winning anything.

Pascal Fitzgerald as far as I can remember ???

Great man to run a chipper

As I said to fists I’d consider voting labour too but NOT for Davy no fucking way.

I feel for some reason I have to defend the indefensible here and say that both Joe Carey and Timmy Dooley are both as you described Tony Killeen ‘‘alright sorts’’ as is the independent James Breen and they will all go to funerals and send mass cards get potholes filled etc etc, it’s what the voters expect as much as I hat the Sinn Fein I’d be half tempted to vote for the cunts to shake things up, Bhamjee was a protest vote when he got in and he rattled a few cages.

Well as regard the national interest I will end up voting for the lesser of the evils I support the best of a bad lot really

here runt, what are these jokers talking about? Who’s the other davey?

Davy “shut the fuck up and go to bed mac”

ah lovely, kev has lost it - savage!

Tony Killeen will not run for re-election…

Just finished reading Dans book, Davie is fcuked, they hate him down there but are clearly afraid to move against him

Did Dan have anything decent/worthwhile to tell in his book or just the usual auld shite you get in these money spinners

Comes across as a nice enough chap and honest. Or course he never saw who hit Gerry Quinn in 2002 and never found out since
No time for Davy.He has a good attitude and i always liked him…good insights into Justin and he comes out in the book sayng he backed him in the heave, that photo where he refused to shake his hand will always cause him bother and he greatly regrets it

Davy is an alright sort.

Davy is a total legend. The GAA world would be a far less interesting place without him, long may he continue to be the loveable nutjob that he is.

True

Fine golfer also - made the cut for the south of ireland - h cap limit 0.6 but withdrew as clashed with galway match

Big interview with Davy on Wolly’s podcast this week.
