Scuts from all over… but local young wans bringing them in. It’s been going on a while… Mrs had just passed them with the little one in a sling and it kicked off a few minute later. Few mothers with young kids were just out of shot in the videos… I’m in the local WhatsApp and every screaming about the guards… Fair enough they need to be called but I asked them what they realistically expected the guards to do , the fuckers scatter and most of them aren’t from the estate and won’t be identified. All the mother Theresas rounded on me saying that doing nothing will lead to someone being murdered 
… I more than hinted that there’s another way to sort it out but there was no interest… I went out with Brady looking to see where the cunts were but they had fled …

Scum as you rightly call them, should behave if living in a social 
,if not there’are rules and regulations for all tenants, contract signed by both parties when key is handed over, if neighbours don’t demand these laws to be enacted then this is the likely outcome regularly.
