Diet & Nutrition

40 mins for 5 miles ain’t a hard run mate. Sorry

You’d want to be doing the 6 in that time.

had to overload on the carbs there, going to head down for another light session, going to smash the lats, another three session today, training and eating like a pro, living the dream

some lovely spelt pasta with homemade tomato sauce, cannellini beans and grated cheddar

So it turns out that Cavemen ate porridge… All you mugs and your no grain paleo diet  The boys were ate-ing the best of porridge 32,000 years ago and you have mugs here like @Smark and @glasagusban giving it big licks about their paleo diet.

I eat porridge mate. Every morning.

Where did you read this cm

Makes sense to me as I definitely have caveman tendencies and never have any back lash from oats. Just yeast for me.

I can ate all the grains I want and no weight problems…fried foods and sugar is the enemy.

As if you’d notice ‘weight problems’ from a bowl of porridge under that gut you’re carting around, lardy bollocks

I’ve never had a gut in my life, mate…I’m back in the game in a big way and shedding the few lbs put on due to the thesis…tonight will be my 5th day straight training

Do you want a medal or what? Don’t be a fat fucker next time.

You’ve cunts like @glasagusban who think they are right hard cause they fanny around the gym or go to bums and tums class. He’s never taken or given a proper belt in his life.

@glasagusban come back to us when you’ve been kicked all over Bateman Park, punched in the jaw and yet still put in a motm performance or if you’ve ever flattened John Quane with a shoulder. Come back to us when you’ve gone into play Star Rovers in the deepest darkest depths of the Lee Estate. You are nothing.

I’m tidy enough but I’m definitely not right hard. And I’m not a top top footballer like you pal.

I do eat porridge with coconut oil in it like you though. It’s lovely isn’t it?

Some right tough cunts on here.

I’m on it.

By the way, where do you stand on muesli? Is it healthy?

cc @ChocolateMice

An oat based granola is where you need to be at pal.

You could make your own of course but for the busy high flying business man, Lizi’s range has to be the answer.
