I don’t have a bike, bro.

That depends on which side of howth head you cycle up the howth side or the Sutton side? The howth side is steeper and tougher than the Sutton side.

She was scooting (is this the term?) along on an adult size scooter. You’ve surely seen the type of gimp who works in a tech start up in Grand Canal Dock and commutes to work on a scooter. Scooting down alongside the canal in the bike lane. She was on one of these scooters.

Some of the cunts that do spinning are lazy bastards and never turn up the resistance. You see the folks that are pushing hard when they are struggling to pedal and the ones not trying who are just peddling away with fuck all resistance. I dont know why the do spinning classes if they are not going to up the resistance.

Is she good looking?

Not particularly. Sorry for lashing out at tennis players, mate. I like tennis.

Jesus that is ridiculous carry on.

She should be fucking dumped. A fucking scooter.

If you are aren’t doing spinning in a hypoxic environment then you are wasting your time.

Have you - or your team- done that altitude training in Delta?

You can pick the bike behind the fittest girl in the class so. Enjoy.

Yes to both.

What are your thoughts on it, worth doing? And how much for a team??

Only did one squad session, did 3 or 4 myself. Not sure how much for a team, but found it very good. You’d be bollixed after it.

Sound… I take it you’d want a few sessions done before going in there? I haven’t run in 6 weeks…

Probably to get the most out of it. Like any class, you’ll only get out what you put in. I haven’t used it this season. Was all last season.

I cycled up to howth because of this thread this evening. It was spectacular. Thanks lads.

By the way @fagan were you out on your bike this evening?

@Fagan ODowd were you out on the bike last night?

I was yeah. Found it hard going there so I took a break on Carrickbrack road.

I cycled back the 4 miles from the park there, great way to loosen up the legs after a hard run, lovely evening for it
