That’s loser talk
Black pudding is a superfood now. YES!

Ah yeah - that’s been known for a while… I ate it most days over crimbo with some birch water.
I read that first as bitch water, it was an intriguing prospect until I looked more carefully.
I think I’ve fallen in love with Borlottie’s hot boxes. Mexican quinoa, salad, home made slaw, avocado, feta (optional) and a hot protein option (I went with cajun chicken today). All served up by one of the famous Stokes brothers from the halcyon days of the Celtic tiger. Dublin’s Cian O’Sullivan was tucking into one today in the IFSC so you know its good. They have another outlet on Baggot St which in my opinion pisses all over Cocu.
You’re on the right track pal. Check out the ingredients in the rashers and sausages from this mornings fry up.
No wonder cancer is rampant.
I’m done. Home produce from here on in.
the names of some of them chemicals, what do they even mean? does anyone even know what they are? why would you put that into your body? absolute poision
Did you buy the cheapest ones you could find or what?
Go easy on him - new kid in the house Granny and Granddad probably bought those.
@Tassotti and @KinvarasPassion - if you want a laugh, look at the ingredients in store bought breads. They have enzymes added. Now why would you need to add something that our body would normally produce naturally to assist with digestion? Probably because the majority of the shit in the ingredients is entirely unnatural and your body can’t break it down without the addition of these enzymes. Shit food = shitty health.
57%, Jaysus you’d nearly have to go out of your way to find sausages with that little pork these day.Clonakilty very bad too.
Add a bit of black pudding superfood and you’ll be grand
Th benefits of my vegetarain diet are are starting to show. My 30 waist trousers are falling off me today. I caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror this morning after getting out of the shower. I look savage fit. No gut at all now
Jaysus Tassy you’ll snap in half one of these days
I’d say you are some little weakling. You’d fall over in a gust of wind
@ChocolateMice, is muesli alright to eat or is it no better than unhealthy cereals? I’m a little bored of porridge and was tempted to mix up my breakfast routine with muesli and chopped up banana.
I’d snap your neck like a twig, I can bench just under 130 kilo off 81 bodyweight
You’re 81kg and a 30 waist trousers was falling off you?
this is my physique
Proper Muesli is fine, but you’d have to buy it from a health store… that stuff in supermarkets is loaded with sugar. Tho you can get ‘no added sugar’ options in supermarkets, which would be better than regular, but would still have a lot of sugar… In short, go down the no-added sugar road if you really have to.
