Yeah, I went through my vast collection of science journals in the attic and could come up with no evidence that food provides energy :joy::joy::joy::joy:

This is actually a tonic :+1::grinning:

It’s all about what the simpleton feels, not any evidence.

Read this and the other posts where he absolutely dismisses any benefits of fasting. The science books must have gone missing that day too. Maybe the Ukrainian family he was putting up borrowed them.

Wow, so you’re actually debating me from 8 months ago,

Absolutely obsessed :joy::joy::joy:

No you said that fasting would reduce energy, that was your assertion, not anything about food. You are pretending it never happened now, moron. Run up to the attic there quick.

Right, have you got any evidence that fasting and consumption of food are completely unrelated, because I have a different theory :joy::joy:

You guys are really upsetting my fasting zen. If ye two don’t stop, you’ll leave me with no choice but to mangle this entire box of pringles that’s been trying to seduce me all morning. Not to mind the fecking advent calendars.

There’s no argument about the effect of food, it’s the effect of fasting which I’ve shown you up on. Where did food enter it. Read back the posts 15-20 times and see does it sink in. Or maybe the Ukrainians you are putting up have a science background and can help?

I think you’ve done very well, might be best to pace yourself with this fasting lark

And this is based on how you feel. At least you’ve stopped pretending you know anything about the science of it.

Look, you have an unhealthy obsession with me, it’s clear to see,
Perhaps some sort of internet fasting might help, because you’re coming across as an awful weirdo again

If you endorse 48 hour fasts, good luck to you, don’t get so personal when somebody asks an innocent question

How did I miss this gem.

40 hours isn’t enough of a window to get real results @ScorpioLyons. Would you ever fast for a week solid and workout twice a day. Post your results here so we can see who’ll win this nonsense debate here on tfk

Aw are you taking it personally again and getting upset. I love calling out virtue signallers like yourself. It’s a tonic.

So remember posters, when it comes to things like questions on biology and food chemistry, you don’t need a book or the internet to tell you what’s what. Just follow your heart and if you know, you know.

Are you seriously saying you need a science book to let you know that the body turns food in to energy?

Show me where I argued against that?

You’re arguing against trackie and that’s literally all he said.

Is there lead in the water in cark or something.

He said that he thought fasting would massively deplete energy, and he had the science to back it. I said let’s see that science.

He panicked and quickly changed to the same argument that duped you, that food creates energy and that I apparently was disputing that? I never said that. That’s why you’ve shied away from showing me where I did. But that has nothing to do with the original argument.

He didn’t say fasting would massively deplete energy… fucking hell.

He said doing a heavy gym session during a 40 hour fast would deplete energy. Doing a heavy gym session without a fucking fast would deplete energy. You’d generally eat to renew energy afterwards. All of this is very fucking simple.

This is what he said. But yet the poster actually doing the fasting and gym said he felt good all day and had plenty of energy. You are accusing him of making that up. Ok.

:rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:

ffs do some reading
