Walk us through a day of eating pal

I have a bullet proof coffee an hour after getting up that takes me through the morning, I have a rule to not eat before noon. For the lunch I have a steak and between 4-6 eggs boiled or scrambled. I have a dinner around six. Some form of meat with a bit of cheese. Eat till you are full which is surprisingly is not a lot, around 400g. That’s me full for the day. I had a health issue recently which meant I am gone an awful size and fucked with inflammation.

My happy medication is making me fat. Need to change something. I hate eggs though and every carnivore lad swears by them

Dropping carbs would make a huge difference or even going low carb. At least get rid of shite like processed carbs and you would see a huge difference. White bread is a killer
