You asked kid. Detox is to basically lose a few kilos. Bust my knee (dislocated patella, ligament and meniscus damage) playing a match 12 months ago and didn’t mind the food I was eating or drink I was taking since and put up a stone or two. The knee has been fixed now so starting to do a small bit, so I said i’d kick start it with an auld detox the missus was going on about (she distributes health products on the side), using aloe vera supplements.

Basically 2 shots of pure aloe vera gel in the morning with 2 garcinia & 2 bee pollen tablets
A protein shake for lunch with the supplements
And the same again for dinner without the shake. that is for the first 2 days

After that for a week it is the same drill - except you can have a 600 calorie meal during the day.

Drinking gallons of water as well. I’m on the 3rd day now, so I just had my first meal in 3 days - tough fucking going. I went to reverse the car in a petrol station yesterday and put it in first instead, thank fuck there was nothing ahead of me. I actually went delirious from the hunger yesterday
