Just eat them buddy. Get more goodness and you’ll be regular as Clery’s clock

You’re getting above your station here, Glas. It’s not so long ago you unforgettably made a complete tit of yourself in an episode I can’t recall.

Fuck off, one ball.

Which one mate? There’ve been loads. You’ve got to admire my sticktoitiveness.

Well if its clean options you are after you could do worse I suppose but you are paying well for it… Then again its an investment in yourself so the returns in the long term are worth it. However if you continue the futile activity of ramming mini rolls down your throat after 7pm your investment will be diluted and returns will greatly suffer.

ive been pigging out since i have returned home to oireland , this country sickens me, how do I get out of the rut, thankfully I havent balloned as much as I should due to my fixie but im as plump as anytime Ive been in the last 3 years

Not easy pal… and with the winter evenings on our doorstep its more spherical you will get unless you put the brakes on NOW.

Give up any refined sugar for 4 weeks
Give up any wheat products for 4 weeks
Add a morning boot camp class twice a week or some other HI activity.

Clean the fridge and presses out of any shit food. When a Dad with a young family comes home after a long day them cheap sugar hits are way too tempting.

will do, starting from right here , right now

@Kinvara’s Passion, I’ve had coconut oil in the porridge a few times recently. Delicious! Makes it very creamy and somehow far more satisfying (the extra dose of fat I imagine), lovely though, good call.

very true

Glad you like it pal, I couldn’t face a bowl of porridge without it now.

Cinnamon is also mandatory now, its blood sugar stabilizing properties cannae be ignored.

I detest cinnamon bud. A cinnamon confectionary made me violently ill long ago and for a long time even the smell of it would turn my stomach. I substitute nutmeg if cinnamon is ever called for in a recipe.

gayest post ever

This place is going to the dogs. Only for @Joe Player and the SRFC threads I think most posters would leave

Is there something wrong with being gay? If not what’s the point of your observation. You sicken me, homophobe.

Mini rolls? I rarely if ever eat mini rolls. The package came earlier from this crowd, i got some museli, porridge, some peanut butter type spread thing as well. I will report on how they are in due course.

Go for those lunchtime cycles I advised you on and you’ll be grand tubby

@Joe Player you need to realise that @Young Ned of the Hill is one of the good guys on the forum.

Update on this. I got a few things off them last week so have been able to form a bit of an opinion…

Pro mix snack tube - You get ten tubes for €18.99. So at less than €2 a tube you’re getting a really healthy snack that tastes pretty good and will fill you up the same way a mars bar and taytos or a yoghurt full of sugar would do. And they would cost in the same region. Still it’s pricey enough and i don’t think i’ll be ordering them again but what i did buy also was the ‘porridge and yoghurt topping’ which without opening the bag i suspect is the exact same stuff they put in the tubes. The bag was €6.99 and is easily big enough to fill the ten tubes so if so i’ll just refill like that.

Gluten free museli - €12.99 for a very big bag. I normally eat a very large bowl of museli in the morning and normally work my way through a bag of Life-force museli in three mornings, so if ye are familiar with that you get my drift of the quantities of it i eat. I would estimate i’ve used just short of half this bag at about five attempts at it. So i should get 10-12 big bowls out of it. In comparison to any other museli and even life-force it’s a different taste and you can tell it’s good stuff that hasn’t been messed with. There is no sweetness to it. Tbh i could take or leave the museli and might switch back as it’s too awkward to be ordering it unless i order a good few bags (i think it’s like €4.50 for delivery with each order regardless of size.)

The fourth item i got was gluten free porridge oats for €7.49. The bag is same size as the museli bag so it’s big. I haven’t tried this yet but will chance it after i finish the museli.

Finally, the best till last - choc, nut and seed butter. Big tub of it for €18.99. This stuff is absolutely delicious, i’m really into it. I’ve spread it over brown bread, rice crackers and apple quarters so far and it’s the business. I will definitely be ordering more than one tub of this again as i’m really working my way through it. It’s ideal at 8-9pm at night as i find i’m hungry and rather than eating a sandwich or more likely something crap, i am going for this stuff which has to be better.
