Living at dead end of our small house state , full of dirty neighbours usual stuff kids dropping litter , discarded bottles, cans etc , used have a regular clean up / residents association etc which fizzled out and folk stopped contributing to the guys cutting the field , so my immediate neighbour and I clean all around our gaffs and more ,
This morning I watched a neighbour across from me brushing all her shite out on the street ,had enough; Tuby you do realise that all your crap that you’re brushing out onto the street comes across to us ( sharp incline) oh dirty I didn’t know, my answer/ and where do yo think it goes , magi man appears?
Same one watched me weed , paint and clean up outside her gaff last week

Some people are just so odd. I’ve seen similar myself, we have some green areas and have to get someone in to cut the grass. It’s remarkable how many people think they shouldn’t have to pay for this and are happy for their neighbours to foot the bill.

It’s crazy our annual bill was only e25 per household ( Cluid social housing/ affordable housing/ and Cork’ co council housing)

No problem paying it — the notes in the door to attend meetings and elect committee and what not do my tits in … I know someone has to do it… but … We’ve previously requested you to attend neighbourhood meetings on the 18th and 24th of … since we failed to elect a committee on either occasion due to lack of numbers we urgently request your attendance on the … or the grass may not be cut

You need to lobby your local councillors to get the grass cut regularly. If they don’t do the business let them know next time they call to the door.
Now is your chance to militarize them.
Go to the meeting. Discuss dividing people up into cells and columns.
Propose launching attacks on neighbouring estates. Steal their flowers etc.
