Dirty neighbours

Any sport for young people is important to keep them out of mischief and off street corners. My estate has only 12 houses and all young families. No teenagers yet. It might be different when they’re old and brazen.

Before the small one was born I wouldn’t say boo nor bah to any of the neighbours but since all the kids are out its developed into a nice little community.

Keep it that way, I lived in a few addresses in Derry and was blessed with my neighbours, any thieves, gobshites were spoken to and generally all was good ,really fine neighbours

So you got your own back by destroying a child’s toy?

Big man.

Are you new around here??

I didn’t get my own back, I engaged in behaviour they were accustomed to (not giving a shit). What about the name calling and swearing, are you just going to glas over that? I was very upset.

There’s no concern being shown for your feelings at all. Glas has his knickers in an awful twist across a couple of threads today, even more so than usual.

We’ve a little shit of a kid on the estate. Teen tough guy mean to all the little ones, scares the older people on the estate. Had a run in with the runt myself and not near me since but he picked a neighbour’s kid one day, gave him a few digs for no reason, half his size etc.

The neighbour be hardy enough judging from what I know of him. Goes up, knocks.on your man’s door, father comes.out, brings kid to the door too. Tells him the story and says ‘cant lay a hand on your kid but he goes near my kid again I’m coming back up here to your door and im giving you the hiding. You hear that young fella, I’ll bate your father around the place’ Don’t think his kid has been touched since!!

Fucking mental situation
