Mine is positioned awkwardly so if it goes awry I tend to plug out the power cable and leave a minute. Usually gets it back in order.

I haven’t had to do anything more than that.

Ring sky and kick up a massive fuss. Tell them your cancelling. You’ll get a few months half price and maybe a new box.
