Does whiskey go off after its been open for a bit?

Will we be able to buy craft hand sanitizer then?

Unreal tack

Surely there will be a few offers for the bank holiday weekend

I had a long phone call with an old friend there an hour ago. His query concerned a matter of more than 50 years vintage and he felt I’d give a straight account… I did.
He attested to the fact that I’d know the truth but fear kept him from asking.
He was delighted with my recall and proceeded to recount a litany of woes.

Fuck me, but some folk get dealt savage hands. Wife in dire straits medically, useless children, not the best himself, fiscal difficulties, endless…

I counted my blessings, a good life and a good wife. Good children and better grandchildren. A home of my own, a few quid for the rainy day and funerals paid for.

I took out a Waterford glass whiskey tumbler, fired in a few cubes and poured generously.
I took the half-hour with it meandering around, is life luck, skill or graft…
I’m in the group that thinks a modicum of each.

A generous Black Bush is a terrific whiskey for moments like this. I enjoyed it splendidly.

An awful affliction I’d say.

Delighted to give that the 14th of about 46 I reckon.

I gave it a like despite your choice of whiskey. I wasn’t gone on it but might go buy another bottle to confirm

I may have dismissed it before on here but Roe & Co is as fine a whiskey as I’ve had in a long time. Not quite as good as Black Barrel but better than Crested in my opinion.

I would agree with that. Wonder where diageo sourced it

I didn’t realise it was Diageo at all. Is it definitely part of it?
