Does whiskey go off after its been open for a bit?

@flattythehurdler should be all over this…

Did they not lose their bollix in the last bust as well?

Rumor has it alright

What business was he in last time?

It was a land purchase that done them the last time.

He had a fairly large sports retail outlet for a bit.
Land deal iirc.

Flatty swooped in and took a chunk of it from before the creditors arrived.
Wouldn’t you think a lad that got burned badly the wance would keep away from the fire……

This could be the start of a bit of an adventure. As far as i can ascertain, the fundamentals are straightforward, the outlay is anything from 150 to 500, the time frame is a couple of weeks brewing and a few hours distilling, and the results can be outstanding…after the equipment is purchases a litre of spirits should cost you a few euro max.

To be savoured and enjoyed. Not guzzled with a few mates after a match or a night out.

I’m having Bushmills myself. Used to thjnk it was tack but my palate must of matured or my taste buds aren’t as sharp as they used to be.

American rye whiskeys are where it’s at now. Wild turkey 101 is ridiculously good, same for sazerac rye.
