Does whiskey go off after its been open for a bit?

Green spot seconded, yellow spot also superb and that Ardbeg is a unique and powerful drop.

Ardbeg to green spot is like sheeran to Dylan

Which way around? I can’t listen to either of them.

Come on. Don’t think twice

Is yellow much bette than green spot or just different?

I actually prefer green spot but maybe because I’ve drank a lot more of it. Yellow spot has a bit more bite to it, it’s good but maybe not worth the differential in price.

There are very few things that the Scots do better than the Irish. But whiskey is definitely one of them, so credit where credit is due.

Ive drank so much of the stuff tonight in the mothers house I had to sit down to make a slash Luimneach Abu guys and happy fucking Christmas

Are you more of a green spot or a yellow spot man?

Sounds like it’s going to retail for about $40, which isn’t exactly cheap considering the competition from “real” whiskey at that price point. No doubt it’ll be all the rage with the hipster cunts who wouldn’t know Jameson from Green Spot.

For anyone who might be interested, there is an excellent article on Mark Reynier and Waterford Distillery in the current issue of Irish Whiskey Magazine. Contains quite a few thought-provoking opinions.

Spar, or at least my local Spar, are selling McGregors Proper 12 … I didn’t bother checking the price as I won’t be purchasing it.

What’s in the bottle? He obviously didn’t lay down the whiskey himself a few years back

Fuck knows…

It’s a blended whiskey made in bushmills.
