Dublin Pubs - Hall of Fame

I love dublin and its pubs. But O’Donoghues is a cunt of a place, ran by cunts and full of cunts.

Toners is a vastly superior bar right next door to it to name just one of about 100 in Dublin that are better

What part of town is that? Near the National Gallery?

Opposite Bleeding Horse

You’d want your head examined to be going into a Wetherspoons.

That was another one of those Dublin Institution pubs that I never liked.

Nah me neither. No beginnning or end to it. Meeting spot for 1 at best. Nothing really going for it.

Not next door. Not even on the same street.

Thanks mate, important intervention

They did a fantastic job with that restoration of dilapidated buildings. Fair play to Tim Martin.

Toner’s is a great pub. Hartigan’s is good as well.

Many a lovely pint there. And the Stags head. And the road in betweeen them. And the gingerman. Id imagine the ginger man and the stags head are the 2 pubs ive drank in most in town in my life.

Ryan’s then the dame for me in town.

I used to work in Odessa next door for years on and off. Loved the Dame tavern.

Somehow I ended up in there one Saturday afternoon with the missus and in-laws.

It was boisterous between racing and football.

The mother in law wasn’t liking it.

That’s the best tribute to the pub I’ve ever heard

When you don’t have to ask to put the racing on you knows it’s a proper pub.

Drop a mail to RTE to tell them that and you might get on the tele

A Tour De France from the bar men in O’Donoghues this evening. You’d not even need to remind them of a six drink order

A young lad would do well there. Lots of talent. Women too.
