Dublin Pubs - Hall of Fame

Out the back is absolutely grim.

Pissheads will just find another watering hole.

Go into Ryans on a normal Tuesday around 3 o clock and there might be 4 or 5 in it watching the racing

Its only pissheads keeping places open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

I doubt it. Lets just say theres 200 on average on premises those nights, thats over 10 drinks per person at an average price of 7 euro a drink. These are students

They are students in UCD who are full of money.

The Ag lads cut silage/milk cows all summer and spend a bomb inside with Peter.

Lol

There be 2000 farmers queuing for Ryan’s 4 nights a week.

“I’m no good at judging the size of crowds, Ted, but I’s say there’s about 17 million of them out there.”

You’d be struggling to get inside the door of Ryan’s once ucd comes back.

200 or 250 would still fill the place

People that work weekends, shift workers, gardai, nurses, people working in hospitality, etc etc.

What’s the story with Flannerys these days? Is it still a thing?

It isn’t really no but it’s very busy all time Yano.

I ended up there last year after the final by default and the set up was ideal and it wasn’t crazy busy or anything.

Few big screens out the back in good weather we’re ideal.

There is a difference between buying the trade only and buying the premises as well.

How is that priced in these days?

Less of a multiple of ebidta if you are buying a leasehold, maybe half the multiple, and less ebidta as well obviously!

More lies

I wish I was single some Wednesday nights

Devitt’s was known as a Limerick Pub back in the 90’s, always had the flag up outside.
