A nod to @Little_Lord_Fauntleroy and the Green Party (RIP) with the beer mates and all

I was waiting for my train just there so I decided to call to Briody’s for a pint.

Standing room only. Bar seats all gone as well as around the tables. All men. 12:30 in the day.

I called to the Flowing Tide instead which has officially lost all of its previous ramshackle charm.

Having a few in Dublin the 30th. What’s the name of the pub you’ve mentioned that’s near a Dart station? Not far from Chaplins.

Cleary’s just past Connolly station under the railway bridge

Mulligans

Mulligans I reckon?

Having my first ever in the Dame now. Touring a few cathedrals tonight

Not mulligans. It might be Clery’s. I’d say we’ll
stay South of the river.

Could be Bowe’s you’re thinking of if near Chaplins.

No. It might be O’Reillys by Tara street

Cleary’s is a great spot. O’Reilly s is practically in the DART station but isn’t much to be writing about.
Other possibilities in that neighborhood close to the DART could be Brew Dock, Harbourmaster or Grainger’s. Could he have been referring to O’Neill s in Pearse Street?

Clearys just across from Connolly station.
Briodys is a two minute walk from Chaplins if you fancy only going 150yards Northside.

2 minute walk for Rob Heffernan maybe?

Ah here - The Pipers is the guts of a 2-minute walk from Briodys for me these days :grimacing:

Was in Clearys a couple of weeks ago, watched Slaughneil v Sarsfields in there. Left my hotel at 11am, went to Bruxelles looking for my lost phone, then Chaplins, Clearys, Briodys, The Flowing Tide, the Oval, got to Heuston at 5.55pm for my 6pm train.
