Christie is not a right winger, Elyonoussi is really, really average, he has no pace.

We have absolutley no threat out wide which means teams are happy to plug the middle of the pitch.]
If we don’t invest in a couple of wide attackers or move to two up top very soon in the season then we are in big bother.
None of the midfield or attacking players covering themselves in glory so far. We did improve as the half went on but we need Ntcham, Christie, Elyounoussi and Edouard doing much more and causing them more problems. McGregor and Brown should be controlling the game more too.
Frimpong getting a bit of space but he hasn’t really taken his man on very often. Taylor is working ok on the overlap but hasn’t found a man with most of his low crosses.
Christie’s corners have been really poor.
A word also for Dallas who has had a “quiet word” with Connolly 3 times in that half without showing a card. We’re not getting any 50/50s from him unsurprisingly.

I don’t know what Elyonoussi offers, he’s not quick enough for a wide player, he’s far too passive to play through the middle. He’s neat and tidy but there’s not an awful lot to him really.
McGregor has been really, really sloppy.
