If you are still a customer of Eir by choice, then you deserve everything you get. Had an Eir salesperson come to the door the other day to see if I would be interested in switching to Eir Broadband and that company ownership has changed and it is not like it was in the past and how they have moved their customer service back to Ireland. Finally he copped on and asked āam I wasting my time?ā and I said yep. I felt for the guy having to go to doors and try sell Eir.

Yes, saying there is no account registered with my email.
I was away for a week, I get home to see the same thing. I tweet them, give them credentials and it goes? Was looking it up on twitter, and seemingly itās been going on for a while.
Their page was down"for maintenance " over the weekend
