Energy Crisis

This is what happens when you give control of the
country’s energy policy to bunch of activists. The stupid cunts think that we’ll be carbon neutral by 2030 working off renewable energy, with no need for gas. They’ve made an absolute bollix of the place.

With what?

Yes yes of course yes

Its a compete shit show. An energy crisis and no clear plan.

“Dr Paul Deane, a senior research fellow at the Environmental Research Centre in University College Cork, also told the committee that Ireland is not responding to the crisis with the same “agility” as had been shown in response to the Covid-19 pandemic”

We’re some mugs lads.

I presume the unit price of Electricity will drop any day now?

The standard rate auction occured months agonat the height of the energy price surge. Not a snowballs chance in a greenland summer 2040

Irish Energy Bot on Twitter: “In the last 24 hours, wind met 66% of Irish electricity demand. The high was 94%. Total generation met 111% of demand and averaged a 59%/41% split between wind and all other sources. Wind peaked at 72%. https://t.co/ZitRCJsL4c” / Twitter
